Pink Equine Leather Care
A quality bridle, will last for years and years.  When you are looking at buying one of our beautiful bridles, you are not merely buying a piece of horse tack, you are buying into a brand that has been specially chosen for its excellence in every step of manufacturing and crafting.

About...

When you choose a bridle you want it to stay looking great even after continuous wear.  You want to be sure (especially if you have colored padding) that the color will not fade, lose its attractiveness, or indeed come off on your horse. This is especially important for those with light-colored horses where marks show up easily.

Pink Equine spent a long time finding just the right supplier for our leather and in fact we found there was only one company that supplied leather that ticked all the boxes.

As such we can assure our customers of the fact that the colored padding will continue to look great and will most definitely not come off on your horse.

Leatherwork Care

We consider our leatherwork an investment and if looked after properly will remain good as new for many years.

As such all our leatherwork can be cared for as you would a normal bridle, even the colored parts. Saddle Soap once weekly and an occasional oil and it will look great for years.

Our colored leather has been coated to ensure that the color stays exactly where it is meant to, we've sourced our leather to ensure that you will not end up with a pink (or any other colored) horse and the color will remain bright for years.

Quick Care Guide:

1. Using a soft damp sponge, clean all mud and dirt off your bridle.
2. Using a clean cloth together with saddle soap or leather cream, wipe over all parts of the bridle.
3. Using another cloth, remove any excess cleaner and buff to a nice finish.

It may be necessary to oil your tack once in a while and also two or three times when it is new, but do avoid over oiling as this can make the bridle far too soft.
